It was the morning of my birthday and I was woken up by my friend Jorge who had fresh coconut milk for me. He then proceeded to make a delicious Colombian breakfast, find me a coco-manzana ( coconut-apple which is found in the middle of a particular coconut) and then cook yet another amazing meal for dinner. For this, Jorge was ' el hombre del dia' - the man of the day, for me on my birthday :)
